Warrant & Drug Arrest in Braham On Monday, Daniel James Stewart (39) of Isanti County, was apprehended after fleeing agents of the East Central Drug & Violent Offenders (ECDVOTF). As agents attempted to encounter Stewart, he jumped from a window and fled on foot from the Braham Meadow Apartments.
